The Makarios Christmas Market on Nicosia’s Makarios Avenue is a festive haven filled with charming wooden huts selling holiday sweets, handmade gifts, and local produce. Open until December 31, this community effort supports charity foundations and is open on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additionally, a special concert featuring renowned Greek musician Pantelis Thalassinos will take place on December 22 at 6 p.m. with free admission, adding to the merriment of the season.
