Fan Ban Imposed on Greek Football Matches
In response to a surge of violence at sports events, the Greek government has imposed a twomonth fan ban on all topflight Greek football matches. The ban aims to tackle fan violence and hooliganism, and may be extended if necessary safety measures are not implemented by football clubs.
