This period is deemed a “flagship event” for enhancing European unity, showcasing Cypriot culture, and strengthening communication through the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC) and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). President Nikos Christodoulides emphasized the importance of this period, marking it as a “flagship event” for both European and Cypriot broadcasting during the 92nd European Broadcasting Union (EBU) directors’ general assembly held in Limassol.
