Power Restored to Famagusta and Larnaca Villages
In the early hours of a calm Monday, Famagusta and Larnaca villages were plunged into darkness due to a fault at the Dhekelia substation, which disrupted power for several communities. Thanks to the swift actions of technical teams, electricity was restored by 5 am, but humidity levels are now being investigated as a potential culprit behind this and similar outages across Cyprus.
