Cyprus is enhancing security in its high schools by deploying security guards in all institutions for students aged 1214, following successful trials in 38 lyceums and 11 technical schools. This initiative, announced by Education Minister Athena Michaelidou, is part of a broader effort to improve school infrastructure and ensure a safe learning environment across the island.
