  • Location and Size: The Police Headquarters requires a building with an area of roughly 550 m². The ideal location is within a 4-kilometer radius of the Police Headquarters.
  • Facilities Required: The building must be equipped with adequate office spaces, auxiliary rooms, and storage facilities. Additionally, the presence of both enclosed and open parking spaces is mandatory.

Traffic Department and Other Police Services Requirements

  • Location and Size: A more substantial building, with an approximate area of 2,310 m², is sought after. Proximity to both the Police Headquarters (no more than 15 kilometers away) and a nearby highway is essential.
  • Parking and Facilities: The building should accommodate office spaces, auxiliary/storage areas, and specifically, a parking hangar for 65 vehicles and 50 motorcycles. An additional 100 open/covered parking spaces and 4 designated parking spots for disabled vehicles are also needed.

Department of Professional Standards and Inspections

  • Location and Size: Seeking an independent building totaling about 670 m², situated no more than 5 kilometers from the Police Headquarters.
  • Facilities and Parking: It is crucial for the building to have office spaces, auxiliary areas, storage facilities, and a combination of enclosed and open parking spaces for vehicles.

Latsia Police Station

  • Location and Size: The request is for an independent building around 300 m² located in the Latsia-Geriou area.
  • Specific Requirements: The building should have office spaces, auxiliary and storage areas, external covered spaces for material storage, and both enclosed and open vehicle parking spaces.
