Working out at the beach

Zumba classes

It isn’t really the time of year to be locked up in a gym working out. So Guaba beach bar in Limassol has the best solution for anyone who wants to work out by the sea.

Known for its energetic musical DJ Sundays, the bar is also becoming a hot spot for Zumba fitness classes right out in the open, by the sea.

Tomorrow get up early and be at the beach bar by 10.30am when licensed Zumba instructor Eva Stylianou will be combining fun, fitness and the beach to give us all a great workout – the aim of any Zumba professional.

Classes are free, so just put on some work-out clothes, grab a beach-towel, a bottle of water, and some friends and come down to the beach to take part in the most fun way of exercising while partying.

Zumba Mornings at Guaba
