Use organic herbs
1 part garlic
1 part plain, strong onion
1 part chili or habanero, the strongest. African devil, piri piri
1 part ginger
1 part horseradish
1 bottle of apple cider vinegar, 700 ml.
One part can be a handful, one liter, a cup, etc.
Fill a blender 3/4 full with the ingredients, pour the vinegar until the ingredients are covered, and run for a minute or two in the blender until it becomes like a soup.
Can be used directly, but it’s good to let it stand for 14 days and then strain it. You can also make use of the pulp, so don’t throw it away, by placing it in ice cube moulds and freezing it, and when needed use a cube in soups and sauces to provide extra flavour.
Do not mix the drink with water, because it will spoil after a few days. A dash of some 80% vodka however will do it good. Take a tablespoon or two each morning and evening to give the immune system a real boost and to keep those annoying colds and flues at bay.
