If you do something wrong, you should know it. Regardless of right or wrong, the further removed feed back is in time, the less effective it becomes.

Q: How does a man of your description select his vacation?

Growing up in the world of hospitality from a young age. One day whilst making hamburgers with my father, I suggested my desire to begin a future career in the service industry. Discover, develop and experience.

Q: If you were not in tourism what would you be doing in life?

“I have never thought about this question ever as my passion and energy for the tourism and hospitality sectors are everything to me, together with my energy and love for meeting new and interesting people in the hotel trade. This is the only career in my mind. It is in my DNA, it is what I live for”.

Q: How or why did you get started in the tourism business?

“My first step into the world of tourism and hospitality began with my new post as hotel front receptionist which built my confidence to further a career in hotel and hospitality”.

Q: How do you inspire your loyalty and trust in your staff?

“One can only gain loyalty and trust over time. Not to confuse loyalty with trust it Trust is harder than demanding loyalty. I choose to hand-pick my team, yet still it is based on the character of leadership, of important aspects such as behavioral integrity and honesty. People you lead need to rely on you with confidence. Only then do you gain results.”
