At Hurma restaurant you can enjoy delicious food with fantastic sea views. The restaurant which has a palm tree growing through the roof is well known among locals but also very popular with tourists who like to stop there on the road between Kyrenia and Esentepe, just after Acapulco hotel. Owner Mustafa Çağıner says that many of the regulars are Scandinavians and Brits.
Hurma’s specialty is fish which is caught fresh every morning from the sea and cooked along with local delicacies such as halloumi cheese and locally grown vegetables. Kebabs, meat and chicken are also available on the menu.
