Last weekend it was time again for another festival. This time it was Ozanköy’s turn to celebrate the fruits of the carob tree. The carob is very popular and healthy alternative to use as sweetener instead of sugar. In Ozanköy you could try carob-water, syrup and various tasty sweets made from the popular fruit. There was also entertainment, such as performances of traditional folk dancing on stage and live music.
