New Iskele Long Beach high-rises go on show

Developers are working on a “neo-Renaissance” high-rise estate near the Long Beach area of Iskele. Groundwork has already begun on the initial phase of the new Renaissance – Residence 274 apartments in five blocks set on 12 hectares behind the Caesar Resort, comprising two each of eight and 10 stories and one central 12- floor building.

The development has already been marketed as “affordable luxury in a place touched by heaven” at property shows in Russia and Kuwait.

A spokesman for the sales team said: “Iskele Municipality has done a lot to improve facilities and services. People want a quiet residential community for holidays or permanent residence.

“We have a lot of interest from buyers from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other Eastern European countries as there is a thriving Russian speaking community in the area.”

The GTR Development project includes over 2,500m2 of outdoor swimming pools a Mediterranean garden, a 3,000m2 shopping and entertainment centre, terrace restaurant, extensive children’s and sports facilities and a spa.

Project architect Özge Emineoğlu said the five-million-euro scheme had full building permission and was due for completion within two years.
