This week has been a little different; everyone has been busy with everything from family visits to viewing trips with clients. And I have worked from home. They have built a pergola on the roof terrace so there have been construction workers running around in the apartment almost every day. And I’ve also had clients coming to look at the apartment twice, which was good since I needed an excuse to clean it properly anyway.
And on Tuesday a new family moved in to the area, to the penthouse next to mine. They are also a Swedish family. They came over and introduced themselves yesterday and seem like very nice people. When they were looking for a house here they went to my parents apartment and liked it so much they decided to buy one, just like it. They will not live here permanently, but, just like my parents, use the apartment as a vacation house and rent it out when they are not here.
On Wednesday Amanda, Marcus + family, two clients and I went to Sea Breeze, a British pub located by the sea in Ozanköy, to eat their fish and chips which they serve every Wednesday. I am, however, not very fond of fish so I was not very excited about it to be honest with you, but I have to admit that this fish was good, and since the Cyprus potatoes are delicious it turned out to be a good dinner, after all. Sea Breeze is usually filled with British people on Wednesdays so I take that as a sign of high quality fish and chips.
Otherwise I have mostly been focused on the communication plan. I have read about all the parts that are to be included, and came up with ideas how to grab our target group’s interest, keep it and make them want to buy properties from us. It is tricky but fun and therefore I have spent a couple of late nights with it, so I am pretty tired today. But I heard something about us going to Cratos and eating their buffet tonight, which made me a bit more alert. Dinner at Cratos is a great way to start off the weekend!
