Intercultural vegetarian dinner

The Nautilos Youth Centre in south Nicosia will offer the chance to see how healthy food, taste and tradition can be combined to make the perfect meal on Friday during an intercultural vegetarian dinner.

The team at the youth centre, which is an NGO aiming at keeping young people informed and offering them a space to come together, will prepare a variety of vegetarian and vegan traditional dishes from Bulgaria, Ukraine, Poland, Romania and Spain.

If you like the dishes and you would like to also make them at home, the recipes will be available. Also, if you are looking to become a vegetarian or to eating a more healthy and balanced vegetarian diet, then the team will also be able to give you some pointers on how to do so.

Register on https://www.eventbrite.com/e/intercultural-vegetarian-dinner-tickets-20301048984. For those who register before the event, there is a participation fee of €3, if you show up on the day without registering, the fee is €4.
