First screening for BRS film nights

The first of a series of film nights organised by the British Residents Society (BRS) in collaboration with Karaoğlanoğlu’s new Starlux Cinema will take place on Tuesday. Audiences on the night will have exclusive use of the 36-seat Mars VIP but if that fills up the 56-seat Jupiter Lounge will also be available for exclusive use.

Tuesday’s first film night will feature the new Gods of Egypt directed by Alex Proyas and starring Courtney Eaton, Rufus Sewell, Gerard Butler and Geoffrey Rush. People wishing to join the audience are asked to pay 45TL in advance at one of the BRS weekly clinics and to keep their receipt as proof of payment. The fee includes “a snack of fruit, biscuit, nuts and nibbles” along with a drink, either beer or a small bottle of wine BRS members are asked to arrive by 7.30pm in order to be served and seated before the 8pm screening.
