Church of Panagia Pergaminiotissa

The construction of the church of Panagia Pergaminiotissa, located outside Tatlısu, goes back to the12th century and the Venetian period.

The medieval building is a cross in a square shape with a dome with a cylindrical apse. Most of the church’s walls are covered in frescos and wall paintings and some of these can be seen inside.

Adjacent to the church is the Minia Cyprus, a miniature museum with famous Cypriot buildings. Read previous article here.
