Ambeli Village Restaurant & Bar is so much more than just a restaurant; it is a rustic experience that breathes peace and happiness in the middle of the Cypriot countryside. You get here by driving from Nicosia to Güzelyurt, towards the small coastal village and university town of Lefke. The airy room is beautifully decorated with bright stone walls and authentic elements. At the entrance one has added a beautifully patterned stone floor and on the walls hang glass lanterns with lit candles. From the great hall one has an impressive view of the large bay, surrounded by green hills where shepherds graze their goats and sheep. To the right of the entrance is the bar that has a wide range of drinks.
Ambeli is the perfect outing destination where the pleasure of a good lunch or dinner lingers, and where all the senses experience wellness. It has been two months since Ambeli opened, but the fame of its well-prepared food and good service has already spread across the island. Many of the guests travel from far away, both from Famagusta and from South Cyprus. Ambeli feels new and fresh, but still personal and familiar. The owners have plans to expand Ambeli to a holiday village with rooms for overnight stays.
