The hotel is encapsulated between the magnificent Beşparmak (Five Finger) mountain range and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, within easy walking distance to the relaxing beaches. The hotel’s owner, Ali Riza Asik, bought the land the hotel stands on in 1994. The soil was very dry back then with only a few living trees. Eggs are gathered from free-range hens in its own mini-farm. Meat is purchased from local farmers and fresh fish is directly caught with its own boat by the fishing harbour in nearby Lapta. Guests are invited to enjoy traditional and seasonal flavours that reflect the Cypriot countryside. Pergola is the name of a la carte restaurant, which is adjacent to the pool with a beautiful view of the garden with the mountain range in the background. Breakfast is served daily at The Copper Pot and consists of organic eggs, fresh orange juice made with fruit from the hotel’s own orange trees, homemade jams and marmalades, fresh milk and freshly baked bread from the village’s local bakers. The hotel also has a snack bar by the pool, where you can drink good cocktails and mingle with new acquaintances.
