Acts booked for Gala Night

A Royal British Legion (RBL) Kyrenia Branch Charity Gala Night promises the return of Dolly Parton and Frankie Valli tribute singers and surprise guests.

Entertaining couple Sarah Jayne and Andy Crust are set to bring back the glitz during the June dinner and dance in Girne’s Savoy Ottoman Palace Hotel, staging their popular shows, The Dolly Parton Experience and An Evening with Frankie Valli.

The UK tribute singers have featured in shows across the U and US, including at London’s O2 Arena and in Las Vegas.

RBL branch chairman Brian Thomas said: “We are advertising early as it was fully booked last year and we want to give as many people as possible the chance to secure their places in good time.”

He added that ticket prices had been kept as low as possible to thank regular patrons for “wonderful support” received by the charity, and that discounts were on offer for tables of 10 or more. Invitations to the Format, June 9 event are prices at £45 and include a three-course meal and drinks.

Organiser Paul Jones said: “Last year’s show was a massive hit and the wonderful hotel staff and open-air venue always add to a fabulous summer evening’s entertainment. It promises to be another great night and, of course, a wonderful fundraiser.”

Places may be reserved via email to charitygala@rblkyrenia.com or by contacting Paul Jones on 0533 856 3891.
